井盖模具设计是模具的根本,设计导致整体产品出现不良品和企业生产效率结构设计问题,冲模结构不合理,细长凸模没有设计加固装置,出料口不畅现堆集,卸料力过大使凸模承受交变载荷加剧等。

在有温升的条件下,应尽量减小因温升所造成的软化现象由此可见,为了限度地改善盖板模具粘着磨损,应选用抗回火软化能力强的基材并辅之以表面硬化处理
